SHIPPING COSTS

• Orders shipping to an address within the contiguous United States (Alaska & Hawaii do not apply) with an order value of $100.00 or more before taxes, have free shipping. Offer valid on all orders with a subtotal of $100.00 or more; discounts applied to your order could change your subtotal.
• Orders shipping to an address within the contiguous United States (Alaska & Hawaii do not apply) with an order value of $99.99 or less before taxes, have a flat rate of $5.00. 
• Orders shipping to an address in Alaska and Hawaii regardless of the order value, have a flat rate of $9.95.
• International customers are responsible for shipping costs and any incurred duties/taxes. Total cost is calculated at checkout.

ORDER PROCESSING TIMES

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. During seasonal times like Black Friday and Christmas, order processing can take up to 5 business days. We appreciate your patience while we prepare your order.

SHIPPING COVERAGE

Adjustable Heels, LLC also known as Heeliotrope is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Once you have received a tracking number from us, responsibility for the shipment falls on the carrier.
